Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Troubleshot platform provided by Troubleshot LLC ("Troubleshot", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

You may use the platform only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts and access

Accounts are provisioned for business use. You agree to provide accurate information and to use a valid work email. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite or manage within your organization's workspace.

Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the platform ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Customer Data and that it complies with applicable laws and your internal safety and compliance policies.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not upload malware or unlawful content.
• Do not use the platform to violate the rights of others.

Service availability

We strive for high availability and publish live status at status. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Custom hosting

For deployments requiring data residency, isolation, or scale beyond our standard hosting, we offer custom hosting on a dedicated PostgreSQL database (on-premises or private cloud) under a separate agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Troubleshot is a knowledge and coordination tool. It does not replace your organization's safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, OEM guidance, or qualified personnel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troubleshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your Customer Data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
